1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions: Damaged or Defective Items: The product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during transit. Incorrect Orders: You received the wrong model, size, or material (e.g., Nylon instead of Polyurethane) due to a store error. Technical Failures: The product does not perform according to the specifications listed in the product description.
2. Item Condition
Products must be "Unused" and must not have been installed, mounted, or assembled. Products must be in their original packaging, with all labels, SKU tags, and accessories included. Proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is required for all claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Special Conditions
Custom-Made Products: Any items manufactured to specific customer specifications. Misuse or Improper Installation: Damage resulting from exceeding the rated load capacity or using the product in unsuitable environments. Incorrect Ordering: If the customer ordered the wrong size or model, the item may be returned only if it meets the "Unused" condition. Such returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Return Process
Report the Issue: Contact customer service via our website’s online channels or phone. Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and its original packaging (including the shipping label) to expedite your claim. Inspection: Our technical team will review the provided photos and information within 1-2 business days. Return Shipping: Once approved, our team will provide you with specific instructions and the return shipping procedure. Exchange/Refund: Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original product. Refunds: Credits will be processed within 7 days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a store error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping costs. For all other return reasons (including incorrect ordering), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Note: For your protection, we recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. If any damage is visible, please take clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the items inside before unpacking. These photos will serve as vital evidence for shipping insurance claims.
